METRO PROPERTIES, co-owner and general tenant of the center, developed a comprehensive concept for the conversion and modernization of the center in cooperation with MEC. The T.E.C. logo will receive a fresh and modern new design with recognition value and the external appearance of the center will be enhanced by the redesign of the facades in the entrance area. In the mall, a modern and appealing refurbishment concept will be implemented, which will offer T.E.C. customers a high and contemporary shopping experience with increased quality of stay. The owners of the center, Glinicke GmbH and METRO PROPERTIES, are investing a double-digit million sum in the revitalization of the T.E.C..

The next steps in the revitalization concept are the relocation of Aldi from the center to a larger area, the move into the FitX fitness studio and the expansion of the dm drugstore.
